Creative Banks Workflow

This is a walk through of the User Registration workflow within ezX Creative Banks, set with Two Stage Approval and user confirmation. All messaging options are on for this exercise.

Users performs registration by filling in the Registration form and Submitting.

Creative Bank Registration Form

Message is sent to 2-Stage Registration Approval – “Registration Approval Email(s)” with information about the user and links to approve or discard registration from the email links. Also, the registrant gets a Welcome Message email to show them they have successfully registered.

Admin & User Welcome eMail

Discarded requests are immediately deleted from Creative Banks database and Second Stage Approval is disabled.

Upon first Approval the “New Registration” email is sent to “Admin Email(s)” and standard registration process continues to Admin recipient(s). Email contains a link to immediately approve the user account. To ‘override’ the first approval, Admin needs to login and delete the requested user.

Upon second approval the Confirmation email is sent to the Registered user with a link to login. Following the link satisfies the confirmation process.

Admin Approval & User Confirmation eMails

If the newly registered user tries to login before the Authorization is complete, they’ll get a message to confirm the registration first. Only after following the confirmation email link will they be allowed to login.
