The next iteration of our Elegant interface is superior in that it’s built on Angular, opposed to PHP. This allows us to escape or bypass limitations of PHP. It’s also extremely fast! Because it’s so much faster and on Angular, we decided early on to also rebrand it as “ezX”.  Think, Easy Xinet. It’s more than the next iteration of E6 and you can compare them side by side on the same server.

We know many people struggle with changing interfaces so we’ve designed it in very familiar ways. Running ezX in parallel with E6 on the same server will give your users time to adjust to the subtle differences. We think the familiar feel and the speed gains will convince you it’s time to make the jump to ezX.

We can run side by side on the same Portal Server because the URL is slightly different.

/elegant6/MySite
/ezx/MySite

and you can be logged into both simultaneously within the same browser.
